You can place your orders online; send us e-mail or fax with your purchase orders. For your convenience, please download and fill in our purcahse order form if you place order via fax.

Shipping

There is no shipping charge for our products selling through this web site. The free shipping is offerred to the destination within the continent of United States.

We generally ship out your orders within 24 hours. We uses UPS ground to ship our products to all destinations in the continent of United States. An e-mail will be sent to you to notify the shipment of your order, along with the UPS tracking number. Please contact us and we will be gladly accomodate your special needs to expedite the delivery with extra charge.

Sales Tax

There is no sales tax for any order placed outside of California. For orders in California, sale tax will be added to your order.

Return Policy

Please contact us in the event that you would like to arrange the returns. We will be gladly to accept returned products if they do not meet your expectation. The credits will be returned back to you once the products are sent back to us in their original conditions within 30 days of the product delivery.
